This Privacy Policy explains how Neutronium: Parallel Wars ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you visitneutronium.gamesand sign up for our Kickstarter waitlist.
What Data We Collect
We collect only what is necessary to operate the waitlist and notify you about our Kickstarter campaign:
- Email address— collected when you submit the waitlist signup form
- Usage data — page views and approximate geographic region. Basic traffic data is processed by Cloudflare, our hosting provider. Google Analytics is loaded only after you accept analytics cookies in our consent banner; until then it stores nothing on your device.
We do not collect names, payment information, or any sensitive personal data through this website.
How We Use Your Data
- To send you updates about the Neutronium: Parallel Wars Kickstarter campaign launch
- To notify you of your early bird discount (20% off) if you signed up for the waitlist
- To send infrequent development updates (you can unsubscribe at any time)
We will never sell, rent, or share your email address with third parties for marketing purposes.
Third-Party Services
- Google Forms / EmailOctopus— used to collect and store email addresses for the waitlist. Their privacy policies apply to data processed through their platforms.
- Google — we use Google Analytics 4 for website statistics (loaded only with your consent), Google reCAPTCHA to protect the waitlist form from spam, and Google Fonts. Google may process your IP address. See Google's Privacy Policy.

Your Rights (GDPR)
If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Right to access— request a copy of the data we hold about you
- Right to erasure— request deletion of your data at any time
- Right to rectification— request correction of inaccurate data
- Right to object— opt out of marketing communications at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email
- Right to data portability— receive your data in a portable format
Data Retention
We retain email addresses until you unsubscribe or request deletion. After the Kickstarter campaign concludes, subscribers who have not engaged with communications for 12 months will be removed from the list.
Cookies
This website uses no advertising or cross-site tracking pixels. Cloudflare may set technical cookies that are strictly necessary for security and performance; these do not track you across websites and are not subject to consent. If you accept analytics in our cookie banner, Google Analytics 4 sets its own cookies — their names begin with _ga and they are kept for up to 2 years — to count visits and measure which pages lead to waitlist signups. If you decline, or before you choose, Google Analytics runs in consent-denied mode and writes nothing to your device. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the cookie settings link in the site footer.
